Ash holds personal training certifications in NASM-CPT, CES, PES,TRX, the World Kettle Bell Club, Olympic Weight Lifting. Ash has helped professional and semi-pro athletes go from injury to performance. His in-depth knowledge of body mechanics coupled with creativity makes his training unique and effective. Ash specializes in shoulder, knee and ankle rehab. Ash is a phenomenal trainer and will take you to new strengths. He is fun and understands body mechanics like nobody else.

Mindy Berla regards health and fitness as a deep and personal journey towards self-growth. She is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant and holds fitness certifications in NASM-CPT, CES, TRX and Pilates Academy International. She has 15 years of experience working in the fitness industry in NYC, SF and owning and managing BK ROOTS Fitness for 12 years with her husband, Ash. Mindy is passionate about the body's ability to heal itself through movement and food. She specializes in sports rehab; lower back and knee pain and holistic weight loss. Mindy focuses on women's health and constantly seeks work/life balance as a mom of two girls 12 and 7 yrs old.
