The Sat morning 8:30am workouts are hard, fun, connected, and will make you feel better all weekend. Conditioning with jumprope, cardio, glutes and core, our seasonal classes are a fast-paced dynamic strength workout to get you to the top of your game!

What’s wrong with looking good? Vanity holds a very important value of self care. If our bodies are the physical manifestation of our mind and spirit, then wouldn’t we want our bodies to be the healthiest and best possible looking? To be healthy means to be strong. Being and becoming the healthiest version of ourselves is an opportunity we always have. It is never too late to start to workout (again). Personal training will get you there safely.
